Due to differences in monitor settings and iPhone photography, colours may vary. Typically, items are brighter and more vivid in person. No filters are used on photos. To see my creations in person, visit my table at any of the markets listed in the Events & Markets section. 

I use premium, food-grade, UV and heat-resistant resin. It’s safe for food and skin contact. While it can withstand high temperatures, prolonged sun exposure may cause yellowing over time, especially with clear resin items. 

Yes, but only hand wash with warm water and dish soap. Avoid dishwashers due to extreme heat and steam. 

No. Glitter in my pieces is sealed with epoxy, acrylic seals, or varnishes. It won’t flake, fade, or transfer. 

Currently, the best way to order is via email or DM (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or visit me at a market.

Typically, it’s about 2 weeks plus shipping. Commissioned artwork and flower preservation pieces can take 3-4 weeks or longer. Expect longer wait times during Christmas season. Rush orders are accepted but may incur additional fees. 

I ship worldwide. Local pickups in Durham Region and delivery within the area are available. You can also pick up items at markets I attend or from The Maker's Hub in Whitby.

I accept cash, EMTs, debit, and credit cards (processed via Square). Invoices/receipts available upon request. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for commissions, custom, and personalized orders. Generic orders do not require a deposit. Refunds are possible within 2 days of ordering if work hasn't started. 

Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receiving your order for generic designs only. Contact me immediately if there’s an issue. No refunds or returns for custom, personalized work or flower preservation. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
